Huginn and Muninn — Odin's Two Ravens

Huginn and Muninn are Odin's two ravens, whom he granted the gift of speech. The ravens serve him faithfully, perching on his shoulders and reporting back whatever news he needs. He uses them as messengers and spies. Huginn translates as "thought," and Muninn as "memory."
