OgreThe ogre is the evil, hideous man-eating giant of Celtic mythology, standing 2 to 4 meters tall, immensely strong, but mentally slow, and easily tricked or deceived. It can transform into animals, both large and small, using such disguises to sneak up on people and attack them by surprise before vanishing.
Dangerous ogresOgres live in dense forests, caves, and swamps, far from human settlements, either alone or in family groups. They use clubs as weapons and are extremely dangerous in combat. In appearance, ogres bear some resemblance to the Greek Titans and the Norse Jotnar. Ogres were considered not only man-eaters, but also devourers of their own children. Cronus, too, ate his own children and kin. But what drove him and the ogres to this act was not hunger, but fear — fear that the next generation would destroy them and upend the established order.
